Use the schedule below to sign in for your class! Clients must be signed into the class 6 hours in advance to guarantee the class will still be held. If you have trouble signing in, please contact the Athlete’s Addiction front desk at 844-728-4538.
AP3 Speed, Agility, Quickness & Power classes are held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
AP3 Strength classes are held on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
All AP1&2 classes are strength unless otherwise noted by SAQP or Active Recovery.
