Student Athlete Classes
WE HAVE COMPLETELY REVAMPED OUR CLASS OFFERINGS FOR WINTER 2018-2019!
Thanks to our expansion, athletes involved in these classes will have dedicated training space, outfitted with all of the training tools required to establish functional fitness and improve athletic performance.
ATHLETE PERFORMANCE 1: For Elementary School Age Children Ages 7-11 ($69-$99/month)
Athlete Performance 1 is a 60 minute training session designed to establish a solid foundation of fitness, focusing on:
- Agility
- Balance
- Coordination
- Mobility
- Activiation
- Foundational Athletic Movements
- Acceleration/Deceleration
- Body Control
- Spatial Awareness
- Unliateral Movements
- Explosive Movements & Landing Mechanics
- Establish Ground Force Production
ATHLETE PERFORMANCE 2: For Middle School Age Children Ages 11-13
Athlete Performance 2 is a 60 minute training session that builds upon the knowledge acquired in AP 1, and extending into the development of advanced strength builidng patterns. The focus will include :
- Advanced Agility Sequences
- Unilateral Balance
- Coordination
- Mobility
- Essential Strength Building Patterns
- Body Control in a Rapid Dynamic Environment
- Object Manipulation
- Unliateral Strength
- Explosive Movements & Landing Mechanics
- Improve Ground Force Production
ATHLETE PERFORMANCE 3: For High School Ages 14-18. Advanced 13 year olds may qualify. This class requires a Master Screen prior to admission.
Athlete Performance 3 is an extended 75 minute session that requires focus, intensity and committment from participants. These sessions are designed with athletes in mind, not sport-specific, but athlete-specific. Participants will improve the pillars of athleticism required for all athletes. Sessions are offered 4 times a week, on M, T, Th & Sat. Our GRIND SESSION (Metabolic Conditioning) will be on Tuesdays, with other sessions focused on overall strength and speed components.
